We will be using materials that have met all of the most stringent requirements for aircraft approval. The Lexan flame-retardant poly-carbonate film provides a fantastic lightweight solution for placards around the aircraft cabin. The smooth matt finish results in an ideal reading capability at different angles and lighting adjustments. Other approved vinyl materials are necessary for the back-lit exit signs and photo-luminescent placards for some emergency placards. Each material we use has exceptional adhesion that is effective on all surfaces, and a certificate of conformity will be provided with every order to ensure warranty on all materials.

We can also supply a flammability certificate upon request.

What is the production process?

Once you have finalised your purchase, one of us will be in contact with you as soon as possible. From that point onward we can then address any of the requirements or questions you may have. Our goal is to make this process as efficient as we can, in order to increase the production speed of your order.

We operate our production facility 365 days a year, and can easily accommodate any deadline requirements you may have. Our average lead time to manufacture an Exterior Markings kit is currently at 5-7 days.

Do you require an EASA Form 1 inspection?

If you require an EASA Form 1 inspection, please contact us upon purchase and we will be able to assist you further with this requirement.
