Our Boeing 787 Window masks are designed to create a safe protection to the aircraft windows during the paint stripping and re-painting processes. All masks are pre-cut to the dimensions of the aircraft window offering a perfect fit template, to ensure no window surface is damaged during maintenance. Masks can be ordered in either an aluminium foil material for paint stripping or a Saturated Protective Paper material for painting. Both versions have a great pressure sensitive adhesive and do not provide any residue on the window surface after use.

Custom masks for any aircraft type can be produced to your specifications. Contact Us Here.

What is the mask material specification?

Aluminium Foil

100μ conformable aluminium foil, produced from a 99% aluminium alloy, it has excellent properties and resistant to moisture vapour transmission.

Thickness / Calliper 100μ

Tensile strength (range) MPa * (Depending on thickness) 55-550 Mpa

Saturated Protective Paper

20mil Latex saturated tape which has an external vinyl surface, making it more resistant to abrasion.

What is the adhesive specification?

Aluminium Foil

It has an anionic dispersion of acrylic in water. It has a very high shear resistance and high ultimate peel adhesion. Combined with adequate tack. The relatively slow rate of bond development allows repositioning for some time after contact on most substrates. This adhesive is widely used within the aerospace industry.

Our Boeing 737 Window masks are designed to create a safe protection to the aircraft windows during the paint stripping and re-painting processes.
